Busker Festival Photo Contest - Rules and Regulations

Agreement: These rules are governed by Halifax International Busker Festival. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. The act of entering the contest constitutes acceptance of the contest rules and the decisions of the Contest judges.

Sponsors: The Contest sponsor is The Halifax International Busker Festival and WestJet

Eligibility: The Contest is open to anyone who have attained the age of 19 excluding employees of Premiere Entertainment Group & WestJet

Contest dates: August 2 – 12th

Contest: Enter your favourite photo to the busker festival Facebook official site www.facebook.com/HalifaxBuskers. Photo must be taken at the 26th annual Busker Festival. Any photos from previous years will not be accepted.
Maximum of 3 photos per person.
Entry photos must be “tagged” as a photo contest entry so organizers can identify photos properly.
By entering your photo you give the Halifax International Busker Festival the rights to use your photo in any future promotion of the festival.
Only the winner will be contacted. Contest entries will be accepted starting at 5:00 pm August 2, 2012 and ends at 5:00pm on August 12, 2012

Winner will be chosen by the one with the most “likes” on Halifax Busker Facebook Grand Prize: (1) One Prize is available to be won and includes: • 2 vouchers for anywhere WestJet Flies (taxes not included)

Privacy: We use your personal contact information to administer contests, including contacting, announcing and promoting prize winner.

Banning: The sponsors may, in their sole discretion, prohibit any person from entering any contest that they believe to be abusing the rules. Such abuse includes entering false information and spamming.

Other: All decisions of the contest judges are final. The sponsors reserve the right to cancel or modify any contest or the contest rules at any time without notice. All prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash. The sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize or portion of the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes are awarded as-is. Sponsors are not liable for any lost or stolen entries or inability to process entries, or any errors, damage or negligence that may arise in connection with this contest, including technical failures on the part of contest software, virus, website down-time, human error or property damage incurred by any contest entrant.
